General Shipping Information

  • Shipping Region: Heaad currently ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
  • Business Days: Our shipping operations run from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and major public holidays.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after the order is placed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. Estimated delivery times are in addition to the order processing time.

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Estimated Delivery: 5-7 business days
    • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
  • Expedited Shipping:
    • Estimated Delivery: 2-3 business days
    • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
  • Express Shipping:
    • Estimated Delivery: 1-2 business days
    • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays, adverse weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical issues.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your selected shipping method. You will see the exact shipping cost before finalizing your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the respective carrier’s website (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. Heaad is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
  • If you need to make a change to your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Heaad is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as “delivered” by the carrier. We recommend ensuring a secure delivery location.
  • If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist you by providing any necessary order information.
