Returns & Exchange Policy – Heaad


At Heaad, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sportswear purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we’ve made our return and exchange process as simple as possible.

Our Policy

  • Eligibility Window: You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Condition of Items: All returned or exchanged items must be:
    • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
    • In their original condition with all tags still attached.
    • Returned in their original packaging, if applicable.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This typically includes undergarments (like sports bras where the tags have been removed or hygiene liners are missing), socks, and final sale/clearance items (as indicated at the time of purchase).
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) is required for all returns and exchanges.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: To start a return or exchange, please email our customer service team at [email protected] within the 30-day window. In your email, please include:
    • Your order number.
    • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
    • The reason for your return/exchange.
    • For exchanges, please specify the new size or color you’d like (subject to availability).
  2. Receive Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide you with detailed instructions, including a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
  3. Package Your Item(s): Securely package the item(s) you are returning along with the original tags and packaging. Clearly write the provided RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship It Back: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds & Exchanges Processing

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
  • Exchanges: For exchanges, once the returned item is received and approved, we will ship out your new item(s) within 3-5 business days, subject to availability. You will receive a new tracking number for your exchanged item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item. We will work quickly to resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
